These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website mmacademy.co.uk (the “Website”) and the coaching sessions, camps, courses and other services (the “Services”) provided by M-M Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website or booking any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of a child, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on the child’s behalf.
2. The Services
M-M Academy provides specialist rugby coaching for girls in North Bristol, including (as available from time to time): weekly skill sessions, group sessions, holiday and summer camps, one-to-one coaching, and free taster sessions. Session content, venues, dates and age groups are described on the Website and may change.
We aim to deliver Services with reasonable care and skill in line with recognised coaching good practice. Coaches hold appropriate qualifications, DBS checks and safeguarding training as required for working with children.
3. Bookings and payment
- Bookings are made through the Website or as otherwise agreed with us. A booking is confirmed once we accept it and (where applicable) payment or the first subscription payment is received.
- Prices are shown on the Website in pounds sterling (£) and, where applicable, are inclusive of any taxes. We may change prices for future bookings but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider [e.g. Stripe]. We do not store your full card details.
- Subscriptions (recurring sessions): where you sign up to a recurring plan (for example monthly skill or group sessions), payment is taken automatically each [month] until the subscription is cancelled in line with Section 5 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We will tell you the amount and billing frequency before you subscribe.
4. Your responsibilities as a parent / participant
- You must give us accurate registration details and tell us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, disabilities or additional needs relevant to your child’s safe participation. We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from information not disclosed to us.
- Participants should wear appropriate clothing/footwear and follow the reasonable instructions of our coaches.
- We operate a positive behaviour and anti-bullying approach. Participants who behave in a way that endangers themselves or others may be removed from a session; in serious cases the parent/guardian will be contacted to collect the child.
- Please ensure your child is dropped off and collected at the agreed times. Responsibility for participants outside session times remains with the parent/guardian unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel and receive refunds — including the statutory 14-day cooling-off period for bookings made online — are set out in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may occasionally need to cancel, reschedule or relocate a session (for example due to weather, venue availability or coach illness). Where we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will offer a credit or refund for that session.
6. Safeguarding
The welfare of children is our highest priority. We follow safeguarding good practice consistent with UK Coaching and [relevant National Governing Body — e.g. the RFU] guidance. Concerns about a child’s welfare will be handled by our designated safeguarding lead, [name / role], who can be contacted at [safeguarding email]. 7. Photography and media
We may wish to take photographs or video at sessions and events for coaching, promotional or social media purposes. We will only do so with appropriate consent, and you may withdraw consent for your child at any time by contacting info@mmacademy.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Website use and intellectual property
- The content of the Website (text, logos, images, branding and the M-M Academy name) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only and must not copy, reproduce or republish it without our permission.
- You agree not to use the Website unlawfully, to introduce malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability arising out of any booking is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We handle personal data in accordance with UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Please check back periodically.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
